Welcome to the services provided by YANGSHEEP DESIGN (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”).
In accordance with Article 8, Paragraph 1 of the Personal Data Protection Act (“PDPA”), and to ensure the protection of your personal data, privacy, and related rights, by checking the box indicating that you have read and agreed to the “YANGSHEEP DESIGN Personal Data Collection and Privacy Policy,” and by continuing to engage in transactions with the Company, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this electronic document.
This electronic agreement has the same legal effect as a written consent. If you do not agree, please leave this website or contact our service personnel.

1. Purpose of Personal Data Collection

  1. For purposes related to the Company’s business, including information services, telecommunications, computer system design, data processing, and information provision services.

  2. For related business activities or other purposes consistent with the Company’s approved business scope.

  3. Cookie data recorded by browsers and webpages is used solely for proper website operation and advertising performance analysis.

  4. The Company will not exchange, sell, or rent any personal data to third parties unless a legally binding confidentiality agreement has been executed.


2. Categories of Personal Data Collected

Chinese and English full name, national identification number, contact phone number, email address, bank account number, and account name.


3. Rights You May Exercise Under Article 3 of the PDPA

You may exercise the following rights regarding the personal data retained by the Company:

  1. Request to inquire, review, obtain a copy, supplement, correct, cease collection, cease processing, restrict use, or request deletion.

  2. The methods, processing time, fees, and payment deadlines for exercising these rights shall follow applicable laws, Company regulations, and service agreements. Necessary administrative fees may be charged.

  3. The Company may refuse requests based on the necessity of operations or statutory retention periods, in accordance with Articles 10 and 11 of the PDPA.


4. Measures for Personal Data Protection

The Company implements the following measures to protect your personal data:

  1. Storage of personal data in systems protected by firewalls.

  2. Installation of antivirus software on servers and computers.

  3. Personnel are bound by confidentiality agreements, and violations will be subject to legal penalties.

  4. Maintenance of audit logs, including IP records and operational logs of personnel accessing data.

  5. Regular security training for all relevant personnel.
