Service and Usage Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms
By using this service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms. The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be announced on the website without individual notification. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Service Description
This service is a shared virtual hosting environment, providing users with basic functions such as website deployment, website data storage, and email operation.
Resources (including CPU, memory, disk space, and bandwidth) are shared among multiple users and are regulated under a fair-use policy.
This service does not include website design, content maintenance, or application configuration unless otherwise agreed.

3. User Obligations and Restrictions
Users shall not engage in the following activities. Violation may result in suspension or termination of service without compensation or refund:

• Uploading, publishing, or storing illegal content (e.g., fraud, gambling, pornography, copyright infringement, malware, etc.).

• Running applications that excessively consume server resources (e.g., heavy PHP loops, cryptocurrency miners, uncontrolled crawlers).

• Using the server as an email relay, bulk-mailing server, or source of spam.

• Attempting to intrude, scan, or extract data from other users or third-party websites.

4. Security and Data Responsibility
The Company employs reasonable technical measures to protect server security; however, it does not guarantee that user data will never be damaged, lost, or leaked. Users must back up their data regularly.
Users must implement proper website security measures (such as updating software, removing test directories, and using strong passwords).
If a site is compromised due to user mismanagement—resulting in hacking, malware injection, or spam activity—the Company may immediately disable the website and notify the user.

5. Fees and Billing
This service is prepaid. Users must pay according to the subscription term. Overdue accounts may be suspended after notification.
Payments are non-refundable unless the service cannot be provided.
All fees and invoices are based on the Company’s order and billing system.

6. Service Suspension and Termination
The Company may suspend or terminate the service if the user violates these Terms, consumes excessive resources, or performs high-risk operations.
Service interruptions due to maintenance, upgrades, or external force majeure events will be announced when possible. The Company shall not be liable for any resulting damages.

7. Compliance and Prohibited Use
The following uses are strictly prohibited:

• Cryptocurrency mining or related node software

• Public proxy, VPN, or reverse proxy services

• SMTP bulk mailing or unauthorized mail relay

• Unauthorized scanning or penetration testing

• File-sharing services, BT trackers, or illegal download sites

Violation will result in immediate account and website suspension without refund.

8. Copyright and Content Abuse Handling
Upon receiving a copyright complaint (such as a DMCA notice), the Company will notify the user and request a response within a specified time.
Users must remove alleged infringing content or provide proof of authorization. Failure to respond may result in site suspension.
Repeated infringement or abuse will lead to permanent termination of service.
